muggle

The word muggle, of Harry Potter fame, meaning ‘a person who possesses no magical skills and abilities,’ is now an accepted word in the Oxford dictionaries, referring to a person who is not conversant with a particular skill.

Example: She is a total muggle. No background in acting, no experience, no skills.
